Purchase Suggestion Form

Thank you for suggesting an addition to the Library’s collection. Before filling out this form, please be sure to check our catalog first to see if the Library already has the item. Please note: The Library will not accept purchase suggestions for items that have not yet been published.
Please complete all questions in the purchase suggestion form. You MUST have an Sumter County Library System card for your request to be processed.
Please check our catalog for your suggestion to place your hold. If the Library chooses your suggested item for purchase, it can take up to two months to display in the catalog.
