Purchase Suggestion Form

Thank you for your suggestion to enhance the Library’s collection. Before you fill out this form, please check our catalog to see if the Library already owns the item. Keep in mind, the Library cannot accept purchase suggestions for items that have not yet been published. Make sure to answer all questions in the purchase suggestion form. 

You must possess a Sumter Public Library card for your request to be processed. 

We are happy to take suggestions. Please limit your requests to 3 titles per calendar month, so we can ensure everyone in the community has the opportunity to make recommendations.
